Traditional heavy-duty screws, are mainly used for timber-to-timber applications, attaching ironmongery to timber or for use with a nylon plug into masonry. Pilot drill holes may be required into certain hardwoods.
NOTE: Thread length is 2/3 of the overall length screw. E.G. 100mm = 60mm thread length (approx.).
