What ID do I need to bring when collecting an order in store?
Please bring a full driver's licence/passport, along with the card used to make the payment. This is strictly for security purposes to ensure we are handing the goods over to the correct person.
Which card types does Plumbhub accept?
We accept all forms of card payments, including AMEX.
Do Plumbhub prices include VAT?
Yes, all of our prices include VAT and we provide a VAT invoice with every order to show the breakdown.
What should I do if my credit or debit card has been declined?
Only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined and you will need to contact them about this, however, if you receive notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, you can pay alternatively by PayPal. Additionally, you should also check if the card attached to your Plumbhub account has expired, as this will cause declined payments.

What's the best price you can do?
Our products are all listed competitively, however, we can usually always offer a slightly better price if payment is made via bank transfer. Additionally, if you would like to purchase bulk quantity parts, please contact us via email with your requirements and we will see what we can do.
How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
The final page displayed after placing an order will show a "Thank you for your order" message with your order number on. You will also receive an email confirmation upon placing your order if an email address has been provided.
Where is my order?
If you recently placed an order and you are wondering why you are yet to receive it, you should:
1. Check the tracking information on your order in "My account".
2. Check each product page's "Delivery Information" tab to show the delivery options for each product. (Delivery times can vary depending on which products have been ordered, for more information see our full Delivery Terms & Conditions Page.
3. If you are unable to find an explanation as to why your order hasn't been delivered from the above steps, please contact us.
